project procedure 1.0 PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to identify the positions and organizational responsibilities within Engineering Department. 2.0 SCOPE This procedure is applicable to the organization of engineering department through the entire project (See Exhibit 001-1). 3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES3.1.1 Engineering Manager The Engineering Manager reports to and receives project direction from the Project Director. The Engineering Manager is responsible for directing all aspects of the engineering work. The Engineering Manager provides project direction to the engineering team and is the focal point of the entire CPECC engineering effort for the project. The Engineering Manager is responsible for assuring that all engineering activities are carried out in compliance with the quality assurance program and the project engineering instructions and procedures.
